JamisonFit.com has really taken shape over the last several years. Like someone gradually piecing together their fitness, this site has too undergone an evolutionary process. Originally, it started out as a way solely for me to attract new clients and offer training services. Then, it welcomed more educational aspects to coincide with my book, The Optimal Balance Plan, including nutritional advice and recipes. More recently, due to my remarkably converse and ironic struggle with post-viral fatigue and exercise addiction, the site has inherited my journey to find sustained health and balanced fitness again.
