I want to be in tip top physical shape. I don't want any flap or loose skin or anything like that anywhere! I want to be a bikini model, hopefully model for MAXIM someday. So I have very high standards for myself.

Eat healthy, drink lots of water. I looovvve fruits & vegies so this is easy for me & chicken, I don't eat a lot of red meat. Mostly just white. I watch the carbs & callories lol
