These little guys satisfy any hunger pang without a big caloric indent. Enjoy them, careful though they disappear quick! 




 1 Cup (120g) Whole-Wheat Flour

¼ cup Truvia (Natural Sweetner)

1 Cup (240g) Egg Whites

8 oz (226g) Carrot Baby Food

2 Scoops (56g) Strawberry Protein Powder 

2 tsp Cinnamon

½ tsp Baking Soda

¼ tsp Salt

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Bake for 25-30 Min.

These muffins pack a serious protein punch. They are a very healthy choice that has even less of a calorie imprint than the max-out muffins above.

4 oz Organic Pumpkin

4 oz Unsweetened Apple Sauce

½  TSP Cinnamon

¼ TSP Nutmeg

Splash Vanilla Extract

¼ Cup (40g) Steel Cut Oats  

1 Scoop Protein Powder

These all-natural muffins are a great alternative to typical calorie costly store bought muffins. Believe it or not they taste way better (maybe not on the first try).
